At times, Personal  Identification Information, such as your name, phone number and email address are collected in exchange for our services. We will never force you to give us this information. Personal Identifiable Information will only be collected through our Contact Form that can be found on our "Contact" page or through our e-mail subscription. This Contact Form is run by a third party company (through our website host, WIX) and will require personal information such as your name, phone number and email address to properly respond to your inquiry. If you choose not to provide this information through our Contact Form, please email us directly at info@perfectlydesignedevents.com or call us directly at (226) 236 - 8482. We are not responsible for the possible collection and storage of your personal information obtained through the third party who hosts our Contact Form. Our e-mail subscription list is an opt-in program which you can choose to participate in. We will never e-mail you without your consent (filling out our contact form or subscribing to our mailing list) and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Personal information and data that is collected by Perfectly Designed Events will be stored solely in the e-mail inbox of info@perfectlydesignedevents.com. Perfectly Designed Events uses Google Analytics and other third party tracking platforms to track usage information. Usage data is collected automatically when you enter our website but data collected is not considered Personally Identifiable. This data is collected only for our use to see the generally activity and length of time each user remains on our website.

We reserve the rights to use media from past events, including but not limited to, image, video, and voice, as outlined in our Wedding Coordination Agreement.

If you wish at any time to have your data erased from Perfectly Designed Events' personal systems, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to do this in a timely matter unless your request in contradictory to our signed Event Agreement, such as removing all photos of our work at your event.
