What's in your fridge kind of smoothie!

I had to get creative today….Not a whole lot in the fridge and too cold to go anywhere.  So what’s a girl to do?!?!  Be creative.  All I had in my fridge…frozen bananas (tip-they last longer that way), strawberries, and spinach, 1 kiwi, 1 apple, almond milk, and celery.  It turned out, this was the perfect list to make a super yummy smoothie!  Plus, I added some coconut oil and it was amazing!

Ingredients-
-1 honey crisp apple
-1kiwi
-4 frozen strawberries
-1 frozen banana
-1 bunch of frozen spinach
-1 celery stalk
-1 cup of almond milk 
-1 tablespoon of coconut oil
-4 ice cubes
Put all the ingredients in the Vitamix and place the setting on smoothie.  In a couple minutes this amazing creation was completed!!
